Abstract

Health center management must be carried out effectively and efficiently, a quality health center management cycle is a series of continuous activities. Implemented in the implementation of various quality health efforts that must always be monitored regularly and regularly, so that performance can be improved and improved. This article aims to find out the importance of HR management. The method used in writing this article is Literature Review. The data collection process uses journals published through Google Scholar and the journal's website. The number of articles is 10 articles and the span of time is 9 years (2013-2022). The results show that it is necessary to carry out HR Management at the Minas Health Center systematically to produce effective and efficient Puskesmas outputs.
