LITERATURE REVIEW: ANALISIS FAKTOR PENYEBAB TINGGINYA ANGKA RUJUKAN DI PUSKESMAS BANGUN PURBA

Abstract

JKN-era Primary Health Care Facilities (FKTP) are committed to providing comprehensive primary health care services and quality health services. The National Health Insurance Program (JKN) has a function to increase the availability of health services and increase their use. The purpose of writing this article is to find out more deeply what factors cause the high referral rate at the puskesmas and as an evaluation material for improving the implementation of the referral system at the Bangun Purba puskesmas. The method used in writing this article is the literature review method. The data used in this study are secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the high referral rate at the puskesmas is caused by poor patient behavior and knowledge, the availability and competence of human resources that are not optimal, incomplete medicines and BMHP, insufficient facilities and infrastructure. The conclusion in this paper is that the factors causing high referral rates at puskesmas include lack of patient knowledge and behavior, availability and competence of human resources, availability of medicines and completeness of facilities and infrastructure.
