KAJIAN PENERAPAN THE FIFTH DISCIPLINE DALAM ORGANISASI PEMBELAJARAN DI RUMAH SAKIT

Abstract

Hospitals in Indonesia are lagging behind when compared to various hospitals in neighboring countries, therefore improvements and renewals must be carried out by metamorphosing into a learning organization. However, efforts to become a learning organization face various challenges, one of which is that the characteristics of public organizations are not as flexible as private organizations in carrying out learning activities. Therefore, by identifying challenges to become an organizational learning in terms of systems thinking, mental models, personal mastery, shared vision, and team learning, stakeholders can anticipate or overcome these conditions so that learning activities can still be carried out with the aim of improving and updating health services.
