Abstract

When applying the fifth discipline to nurses, group creation must meet the requirements including the team must be formed and managed appropriately, members of the organization must be responsible for the quality of each and the work of the group, members of the organization must receive frequent feedback in a timely manner, group tasks must be designed so that learners can progress well and support team development. The most fundamental aspect of designing team tasks is ensuring that they really need group interaction.
