Abstract

Health services at Puskesmas are very important and need to be maintained and improved in quality in accordance with applicable service standards so that the community as consumers can experience quality health services. The method used in writing this article is Literature Review. The data collection process was carried out online to search for published journals through Google Scholar and the journal's website. Journals included in this review are those that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Articles are available in full text and free access. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Implementation of Quality Management for Health Services at the Alahair Health Center, Meranti Islands Regency, Selanpanjang.
