Analisis Implementasi Mutu Kebijakan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional Di Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Riau Melalui Pendekatan SDMK (Systematic Literature Riview)

Abstract

The JKN program implemented by the government is indeed aimed at improving the social welfare of the community in providing convenience for public services, especially in the health aspect. The method used in writing this article is Literature Review. The data collection process was carried out online to search for published journals through Google Scholar and the journal's website. Journals included in this review are those that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The inclusion criteria for this review are articles on quality implementation and published in the last 9 years. Articles are available in full text and free access. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the quality of the national health insurance policy at the Riau Provincial Health Office through the SDMK approach.
