Abstract

The National Health Insurance (JKN) service program includes promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative services as well as medicines and medical materials using quality control services and skill fees. The method used in writing this article is Literature Review. The data collection process was carried out online to search for published journals through Google Scholar and the journal's website. Journals included in this review are those that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Articles are available in full text and free access. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Implementation of Health Service Quality at the Rokan Hilir District Health Office.
