Abstract

The hospital is an important part of the public service which has the authority to cure the sick. The method used in writing this article is Literature Review. The data collection process was carried out online to search for published journals through Google Scholar and the journal's website. Journals included in this review are those that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The inclusion criteria for this review are articles on quality implementation and published in the last 10 years. Articles are available in full text and free access. This study aims to carry out an implementation analysis in improving the quality of service at Meranti Archipelago General Hospital through a health human resources (HRM) approach.
