As a learning organization, an organization must be able to encourage its members to continue to adapt to face any changes in the environment and progress that exists. In order to become a learning organization, organizations can apply five disciplines of knowledge or often known as The Fifth Discipline, namely personal mastery, sharing vision, mental models, system thinking, and group learning. The application of The Fifth Discipline in health services has now been carried out but has not been maximized. For this reason, it is necessary to increase learning, especially in existing Human Resources to improve performance.
