Abstract

Planning and placement of Human Resources (HR) has a major influence on organizational strength in maintaining service quality. The purpose of this study was to find out how the placement of human resources (HR) in the Kepuluan Meranti Hospital. The method used in writing this article is Literature Review. The data collection process was carried out online to search for published journals through Google Scholar and the journal's website. The journals included in this review are about Management or HR placement planning and published for the last 4 years, namely 2020-2023. Articles are available in full text and free access.
