Abstract

The core of the Learning Organization is The Fifth Discipline, the five disciplines are: Personal Mastery, Mental Model, Shared Vision, Team Learning, and System Thinking. The research method used in this study is the literature review method. Data sources obtained through library research techniques refer to sources available online, such as scientific journals, books and news from trusted sources. These sources are gathered based on discussion, analysis, and other information from one message to another. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, reviewing the collected articles, analyzing the data, and then drawing conclusions. To make changes or paradigm shifts to situations and conditions that occur in health care places and efforts to overcome problems, challenges or obstacles found in an organization, a strategy is needed through the implementation of fifth discipline to produce the quality of performance of a health service organization.
