MANAJEMEN PENEMPATAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DI RSUD KABPATEN KEPULAUAN MERANTI RUMAH SAKIT (SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE RIVIEW)
Abstract
Human resource management is an important part. In principle, the human resources that a hospital must have have been regulated through hospital accreditation. The purpose of this research is to find out how the planning and placement of human resources is based on the background information provided above. The method used in writing this article is Literature Review. The data collection process uses journals published through Google Scholar and the journal's website. The number of articles is 10 articles and the span of time is 10 years (2013-2023). The results show that it is necessary to carry out HR Management at the Meranti Islands District Hospital, so that the placement of human resources (HR) is in accordance with their educational background or expertise.
