Literature Review: Hubungan Penerapan The Fifth Discipline Ajaran Peter Sange dengan kinerja pegawai di Rumah Sakit

Abstract

The hospital is one of the sub-systems of health services which is a place of referral for basic health service units. The implementation of decentralization policies, including in the health sector, places regional hospitals within the regional government system. This article aims to find out the application of The Fifth Discipline in teaching Peter Sange to the performance of employees at the Hospital. The method used is to search for previous articles with a total of 15 articles and a span of 12 years (2010-2022). The results show that there is a significant relationship between the application of The Fifth Discipline in teaching Peter Sange and the performance of employees in the Hospital.
