THE FIFTH DISCIPLINE DALAM LEARNING ORGANIZATION DI ORGANISASI KESEHATAN
Abstract
In an effective learning organization will affect positive behavior change for the achievement of organizational goals. According to Senge, this reason is because in learning organizations there are elements that are skills that should be possessed by every member to build a learning organization, namely: Personal Mastery, Mental Models, Shared Vision, Team Learning and Systems Thinking, so that learning organizations can be realized optimally. These five dimensions of learning organizations must be present together in an organization to accelerate the organizational learning process and improve its ability to adapt to change and anticipate future changes. Being a Learning organization is something done by organizations in the face of global competition that makes changes so quickly in the internal and external organizational environment. This underlies any form of organization is required to always adapt in the face of challenges and competition, so that in overcoming this organization requires a learning process to foster creativity and dynamic innovations. The ability of an organization to learn is a sustainable advantage, so there is a need for learning organizations as expressed by Watkins, and Marsick many studies conducted on organizations produce that organizational learning ability will provide a sustainable competitive advantage (Sustainable Competitive Advantage).
