Abstract

Health human resources, namely various types of clinical and non-clinical health workers who carry out medical efforts and public health interventions. Performance. The purpose of this research is to find out how the planning and placement of human resources is based on the background information provided. The method used in writing this article is Literature Review. The data collection process was carried out online to search for published journals through Google Scholar and the journal's website. Journals entered for the last 9 years, namely 2014-2022. Articles are available in full text and free access.
